THE DAILY PRACTICE
Audio-first lessons of about 10 to 20 minutes: Scripture, a short calibration, one reflection question, one practical action and a prayer of surrender.
THE COMMUNITY
A private Telegram space with one daily reflection prompt. Held with care: confidential, kind and free of unsolicited advice.
THE JOURNEY
Three movements, Release, Receive and Steward, with the MINE TO STEWARD / GOD’S TO CARRY practice applied to one real situation.
