HAUTE ALIGNÉ is operated by Kristin Labate ("HAUTE ALIGNÉ," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you visit hautealigne.com, purchase our offerings, or join one of our private communities, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because we collect only what serves you.
When you purchase, subscribe, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you book a private session or complete an intake form, we also collect the information you choose to share there.
When you join a private community hosted on a third party platform, such as Telegram, that platform collects your account information under its own privacy policy. Within the community, we and other members may see your display name, username, profile photo, and anything you post. Depending on your settings on that platform, other details, such as your phone number, may also be visible. We encourage you to review your privacy settings on that platform before joining.
When you browse the site, standard technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location may be collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to understand how it is used.
We use your information to deliver what you purchased, including login credentials, member content, and access to private communities, to send you emails you have requested or that relate to your purchase or an upcoming program, to prepare for and provide private sessions, to moderate and facilitate our communities, to respond when you contact us, to improve our offerings, and to meet legal and tax obligations. If you join our email list, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and one click ends the relationship without argument.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run: our platform provider that hosts the website, member area, and email systems, Stripe for payment processing, Google for business email, community platforms such as Telegram, and the scheduling and form tools we use for private sessions. Each processes your information only to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
What you share in a group setting is visible to other members of that community. We ask every member to respect one another's privacy, but we cannot control how other participants use what you choose to share, and we cannot guarantee its confidentiality. Please share only what you are comfortable having seen by other members. Messages may remain visible in a community after a program ends; you can delete your own messages where the platform allows, or contact us and we will help where we are able.
Cookies help the site remember you, keep you signed in to the member area, and show us what content is useful. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the site, including the member area, may not function without them.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal and tax purposes. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we would want for our own. We retain purchase records as long as required for legal and tax purposes and delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Our offerings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
