These terms govern your use of hautealigne.com and your purchase of any HAUTE ALIGNÉ offering, including digital collections, downloadable resources, guided programs, group experiences, private communities, and private sessions. HAUTE ALIGNÉ is operated by Kristin Labate ("HAUTE ALIGNÉ," "we," "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Our offerings are intended for adults; by purchasing, you confirm you are at least eighteen years old.
Each offering also has its own description at the point of sale, including what is included, when it is delivered, and how long access lasts. That description forms part of your purchase and is read together with these terms.
When you purchase an offering, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own individual use. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any content.
Some offerings are delivered immediately, such as digital audio collections and downloadable resources. Others are scheduled programs that begin on a stated future date and are delivered over a defined period. The access period, delivery schedule, and included services for each offering are those stated in its description at the time of purchase.
Not every offering includes lifetime access. Where an offering is expressly described as lifetime access, that means access for as long as that offering remains available through its designated platform, subject to applicable law and the terms stated at purchase.
Login credentials and private access links are for you alone. Sharing them, reselling access, or distributing our content is not permitted and may result in access being removed.
Guided programs have an active period, stated in the offering description, during which guidance, facilitation, and any community support are provided. When the active period ends, that guidance and facilitation end with it.
For some programs, recordings and resources remain available after the active period. Continued access to materials does not include ongoing coaching, community facilitation, new content, or individual support, unless the offering description expressly says so. Unless an offering expressly promises lifetime access, we do not guarantee permanent hosting or indefinite access to program materials. If we decide to discontinue a resource space, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when practicable. Advance notice may not be possible in circumstances outside our reasonable control, including unexpected third-party platform interruptions or discontinuation.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to digital products delivered immediately and to scheduled programs and group experiences, including those that begin on a future date, because your purchase reserves your place and access in that offering.
Refunds, credits, or transfers are not provided for missed program days, non-participation, voluntary withdrawal, or changes in personal circumstances. Guided programs are designed so you may complete the daily practices on your own schedule.
Before purchasing, please review the offering description, including the start and end dates, what is included, the delivery platform, and the access terms.
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing what you purchased, such as credentials that never arrive, a link that will not open, or content that will not play, write to [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
If HAUTE ALIGNÉ cancels an offering before it begins, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that offering. If we offer the option to transfer to a future date or comparable offering, you may choose that option instead.
If an offering has already begun and we are unable to deliver a material part of what was purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, resume delivery, or provide a suitable alternative.
If we cannot fulfill our material obligations, we will address any refund or other remedy required under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights or remedies under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, the order or format of content, and the technology used to deliver an offering, provided the adjustments do not materially reduce what you purchased. If we need to change delivery platforms, we will tell you how to continue accessing your materials.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages, internet or power failures, illness, emergencies, or natural events. In those cases, we will communicate promptly and resume or reschedule delivery as soon as reasonably possible. If an interruption prevents us from delivering a material part of an offering, the section above, If We Cancel or Cannot Deliver, applies.
Private coaching, leadership consulting, and individual sessions may be subject to additional terms provided at booking, including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and attendance policies. Where those terms apply, they are read together with these terms, and they control if the two conflict on those matters.
Our private groups and online communities are rooms built on trust. By joining one, you agree to treat other members with respect, and you agree not to:
We may moderate community spaces, remove content, and remove participants for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law. Removal for a violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund.
We ask every member to hold what others share in confidence. However, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of anything you choose to share in a group setting, and we are not responsible for how other participants use it. Please share only what you are comfortable having seen by other members. Community platforms may also display certain profile details, such as your display name, to other members, according to that platform's own settings.
All content on this site and within our offerings, including audio recordings, written materials, frameworks, program content, prompts, exercises, digital resources, names, logos, and marks, belongs to HAUTE ALIGNÉ and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any of it.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, create derivative works from, or commercially use our content without written permission. What you build in your own life and leadership from what you learn here is entirely yours.
Our offerings share leadership, spiritual, and personal development perspectives. They are educational and reflective in nature. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. You agree not to misuse the site, member areas, or community spaces, interfere with their operation, attempt to access accounts or content that are not yours, or use our systems to send spam or unlawful material. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
We use independent third party services to deliver our offerings, which may include Stripe for payment processing, website and digital content hosting providers, email platforms, community platforms such as Telegram, and other technology. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. Some offerings may require you to create an account with a third party platform.
We do not control the independent operation of these platforms, and they may experience outages, technical limitations, or changes in availability. When a disruption affects your access, we will work in good faith to restore it or provide an alternative way to receive what you purchased. Our obligation to deliver your offering, as described at purchase, remains.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAUTE ALIGNÉ and Kristin Labate are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any offering. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the offering giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes will not reduce the access or services described for an offering you purchased before the change.
